The Phillyrea angustifolia is a very intersesting evergreen shrub with several qualities : winter hardy til -15°C, disease resistant, as well as drought and wind resistant. You can plant the Phillyrea in hedge, pruned or not, alone or mixed with other shrubs.
It is also a good alternative of Buxus.
